Cancellation Policy

Membership remains active during the 30-day notice period.
Billing
- Automatic monthly billing
- Charged on enrollment date each month
No prorated refunds for partial months.
Annual Plans
- Paid upfront at discounted rate
- Non-refundable once initiated
- Remains active through paid term if canceled early
Missed Payments
- 5-day grace period to update payment
- After 5 days: membership may be suspended
- After 15 days: membership may be terminated
Clinic-Initiated Termination
Membership may be terminated for:
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior
- Repeated missed payments
- Misuse of services
Re-Enrollment
- Subject to availability
- May require enrollment fee
- Current pricing may apply
Family Membership Changes
- Written request required to add/remove members
- Billing updates apply to next cycle
- No retroactive billing adjustments
